We ordered two turkey and bacon ranch sandwiches, but they were missing the bacon and were poorly prepared. Please see the photo below for reference.

It was not well ke... read more This is the worst Arby's experience I have ever had. Stopped by for lunch while passing through. The end area dining is small and uninviting. It was not well kept or clean. The food I was served was lukewarm at best and I did not finish my meal as it wasawful. I will never stop at this location again even though it is a easy stop between Gastonia and Charlotte on my commute. Theyhave lost my business at this location forever.
