1/3 lb burger + grilled mushrooms; two pieces of hickory + smoked bacon & two pieces of Swiss cheese on toasted sourdough bread

1/3 burger + grilled onions; jalapenos; green chile; mushrooms; bacon & topped + both American & Swiss cheese.(all grilled vegetables are fresh & not canned)

1/3 lb pound burger topped + grilled mushrooms; onions & fresh garlic.

1/3 lb burger topped + grilled onion & chopped Hatch Valley chile & American cheese

1/3 lb burger + two strips of hickory smoked bacon topped + American cheese; grilled onions & Cattlemans BBQ sauce.

1/3 lb burger + tons of pickles; mayo & two slices of American cheese.

1/2 lb burger + grilled onions; green chile & four pieces of cheese; two Swiss & the American all between two slices of toasted sourdough bread.

Bring it on!!!!! On one bun we put 1 lb of meat + grilled onions; jalapenos; four strips of bacon; four slices of cheese & a few extra items at the cook discretion. Comes + homemade fries & if you finish this you get a large ice cream come on us

The same as the philly just switch the roast beef to smoked ham & there you go.

Four meats: roast beef; smoked ham; roasted turkey + American & Swiss cheese & your choice of bread. Its Colossal for a reason!!!!!
