My daughter and I recently dined in the bar at the Emmet Hotel in Clonakilty. We ordered two toasted specials with chips and tea. We were a bit surprised to receive our toasted specials on open brown bread, which didn’t look very appealing. While the taste was okay, it wasn’t what we had expected. Great artisan quality and range of stock, for a local convenience store. Fresh cheese, dairy, bread, etc. and the usual stuff.
I visited O Keefe's looking for a memorable breakfast, but was disappointed to find that they did not offer oatmilk or soya milk for drinks. Despite this, the shop had a wide variety of delicious foods, including wonderful scones and croissants. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was busy and inviting. However, I was hoping for more options for dairy-free drinks. Overall, O Keefe's is a great local shop with a range of artisan foods, but could improve on their alternative milk offerings at the counter.
This is a fantastic little store, ideal for picking up freshly baked bread or pastries for breakfast.
Good and friendly staff , big choose goods
Too much friendly staff and reasonable prices. I am really surprised to buy from this shop.
