Her recommendations were spot on, and she served us with a friendly smile. Pete, the manager on duty during our visit, took the time to check in on us, which we really appreciated, especially given the current slow service trends in the restaurant industry. It’s refreshing to know that there are still restaurants that genuinely care about their customers. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The mac and cheese... read more The food was great, particularly the ribs. The baked potato was a refreshing addition, and the fresh vegetables complemented the meal nicely. The mac and cheese was creamy and not dry at all. The cheesecake was so delicious that you'll want to order another slice; it’s definitely worth the price. However, the steak was a bit dry. Overall, I’d rate the meal 4 out of 5. I’ll definitely be back to try more dishes from the menu!

Your customer service skills are wonderful and they are very good in what they do! Tabitha could be a future manager or even general manager! She shows great leadership skills as well as good personality for this business! I train people for management, trust me she has what it needs! I am glad that the GM took my concerns and made the necessary changes to improve this store! The GM kept his word in promising to fix things. There were lots of empty tables even on the used side so it must be a staffing issue which most places are faced with. Great kids menue with free refills for the kids. Overall food was good, the hamburgers were delicious cooked just right. Love that you can substitute the fries for another side. Service was ok, we had a good experience.
