On 2/17/2023 my family placed a large online order. When the order arrived one of the sandwiches was missing from the bag. I called the store to speak with the manager and was shockingly disrespected by one of the employees. When I asked for the manger I was told they weren’t there and that I was being petty. PETTY! Ordered 2 subs and a large cheese pizza. Delivery person never knocked on our door or called to let us know they dropped the order off on a bench in our yard. We waited an hour before calling bc the app said it was running late. We wouldn 't have known the food was there unless I had looked outside. Called the House of Cheesesteaks, they answer with Hello , but never say the name of the place. Told them that the food had been sitting outside for an hour, and that they delivered the wrong pizza. The guy I spoke with said we 'd have to take it up with Grubhub, and he would call me back. Never did. I will never order from here again.
