The ribs were incredibly tender, practically falling off the bone, and the baked beans were exceptional. The potato salad had a homemade flavor that brought back memories of authentic North Carolina style. Everything was delicious! I'm looking forward to dining in person next Friday with my husband so we can enjoy a wonderful meal together.

I opted to pay in cash, but it turned into a bit of a challenge; it required the assistance of five staff members and the manager to complete my transaction, and I didn't receive any change. Although it wasn't a major issue for me since I had called ahead and was in a hurry, I thought it was worth noting for future visitors.

Normally, I avoid writing negative reviews about taste since everyone has different preferences, but the dish I received was quite alarming. They served me something that resembled pasta salad, yet they referred to it as mac and cheese. Unfortunately, there was no macaroni or cheese to be found. I have to say, this was the worst meal I've ever had, and I usually consider myself not very picky at all.

They served something that looked like pasta salad and called it mac and cheese—there was neither macaroni nor cheese in the dish. Honestly, this was the worst meal I’ve ever had, and I’m not even picky.

Unfortunately, the brisket didn't meet my expectations for tenderness, and the chicken was smoked rather than fried, which surprised me since I prefer my meats to be very tender. However, the ribs were undoubtedly the star of the meal. The mac and cheese felt more like KFC's version, so if you're looking for that homemade touch your grandma makes on Thanksgiving, you might want to pass on it. I would definitely return just for the ribs!
