Unfortunate... read more The pork spare ribs had an amazing, freshly grilled flavor that I absolutely loved! I also ordered a combo that included chicken, ribs, and brisket. Unfortunately, the brisket didn't meet my expectations for tenderness, and the chicken was smoked rather than fried, which surprised me since I prefer my meats to be very tender. However, the ribs were undoubtedly the star of the meal. The mac and cheese felt more like KFC's version, so if you're looking for that homemade touch your grandma makes on Thanksgiving, you might want to pass on it. I would definitely return just for the ribs!

I've given this restaurant three opportunities to serve me ribs that aren’t dry and overcooked, but each time has been disappointing. Today, on November 1st at 6:30 PM, my daughter picked up my order, and once again, the ribs were dry, overcooked, and tough. If you decide to order ribs, it's best to do so before 5:30 PM to increase your chances of getting them properly cooked; otherwise, you should be prepared for a drier, overdone dish.
