Completely wrong ordering kerl was rude and not helpful worst wings ever. go to another location

I brought the Whiting family meal 10 piece. The fish was fishy. So tried to return it the next day. The manager came me a hard time and wouldn't give me my money back. Please be careful.

WORST DO NOT GO HERE. I CAME HERE NO TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ORDER CRISPY WINGS THEY DID NOT MAKE IT CRISPY AT ALL. I SENT IT BACK AND NOTHING NO CHANGE THEY HAD ME WAITING AN HOUR JUST FOR IT TO STILL NOT BE DONE. THEN SAY THAT CANT DO NOTHING ABOUT. AND THEIR MAIN CONCERN WAS GETTING THE FOOD BACK. IF U WANT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INCORRECT ORDER THEN BY ALL MEANS GO HERE. STAY AWAY IF U WANT TO BE SERVICED AS A PAYING CUSTOMER AND GETTING THE CORRECT ORDER DO NOTO GO HERE. STAY AWAY!!!

The food is great but the service is what keeps me coming back!! My man Zubair is the greatest! He knows how I like my food and is always pleasant to speak to. Very courteous and professional at all times. Go check them out, you won't be disappointed. Oh, and make sure you tell Zubair I sent ya and he'll take good care of you!!???

I ordered some wings like I always do. But this time as I was eating the wings. I found a piece of metal shaving in my food. Good thing I didn't give any to my kids. I went back and showed them, so they made me a new one. But still it's just the bad experience from it.
