The staff was polite and efficient. However, I did have a couple of concerns. The table where I was seated with my date had crumbs on it, which was a bit off-putting, although she chose the table. What Steve Stevens doesn't like about Bojangles:
Portion size, customer interaction I felt not up to standard. The server gave the impression to an effect that maybe something was not right with them. I think there should be a Portion size cut off for small Supreme strips i.e. they must be a specific size before sale. View all feedback.
Biscuits were terrible today!! Biscuit itself was not normal. Looked like a frozen store bought. Someone messed them up today

Rude management! Went to get a refund because after making me wait almost 15 minutes for my food half of my order was missing, when I went in the manager was rude and said I 'm not talking to you I 'm talking to them (staff). I come here regularly and when dining in service is fine but something always goes wrong when ordering drive thru.
Their food is great. They have the best biscuits in town. But if you go through the drive through you better check your order. Twice I have gone through the drive through and ordered 2 dinners with 2 breast in each. Both times they shorted me a breast in each dinner and apparently it happens often because if you find out after your home they'll put your name on a board and you can collect it the next time you go there.
