Called once w... read more Half of my order was wrong and missing half of the biscuits i ordered for my autistic grandson. He doesn't eat a lot but he'll eat their biscuits. Called once we got home and found out to speak with the manager and let her know that our order was wrong. I was extremely polite with the manager but she hung up on me. She seemed.agitated that I had called. I'll be hard pressed to ever eat anything from Bojangles again. Food: 1

It takes me 20 mins to get from my res... read more I did an online order at 5:53 Thursday evening. My order details said that my order would be ready for pick up at 6:33pm. It takes me 20 mins to get from my residence to the restaurant. I arrived at 6:20. Waited in line for around 5 mins,, got to the cashier and found out the team had not started putting my order together. Waited till 6:45pm before my order was completely packaged. The idea of ordering online is to avoid the waiting process of ordering in store especially when especially large orders. I could understand if they didn’t have all items for my order but this was not the case.. get to the car and check everything was there.. turns out I had cold fries, the other 3 sides were not full. The food on the other had was traditional Bojangles food. Was just disappointed with service and the fact of having to wait.
