However, when I arrived at the scheduled pickup time, I had to wait an additional 45 minutes for my order. This was the worst fast food service I've experienced, and their time management is lacking. Additionally, the restaurant wasn't particularly clean.

You’ve forgotten the nuggets in the smash bowl and the side of mac and cheese more than once. It's quite frustrating.
