I really enjoy dining at Ruby Tuesday, but I was let down when we had to get up and request to be seated in a different section after waiting for more than 10 minutes. View all feedback.
The food was delicious as always, but despite it saying it was ready for pickup, I had to wait an extra 15 minutes. I was in a hurry, so this was disappointing.
The snow crab was excellent, I would rate it a 9 out of 10. The only downside was that it didn't have any Old Bay seasoning. The baked potatoes were just okay, a little hard. The mashed potatoes were perfect. The soda ran out quickly because there was too much ice, but shout out to the ladies who helped me, sorry I didn't get your names.
I ordered the Rib Eye, Ribs, and Crispy Shrimp Combo and unfortunately, my steak was extremely tough and difficult to cut with the knife and fork. It was a terrible experience. The only good thing on the plate were the ribs. Overall, I felt like I wasted a lot of money on this meal.

Tanaya was an excellent bartender; she served my food promptly and made me feel at ease. As for parking, there was more than enough space to accommodate my large 2500 HD truck without any issues.
