What User doesn't like about Nimas Pizzeria:
Was told my wait would be 5 minutes when I called, waited in the store for a single slice for over 20 minutes after being asked repeatedly if that is what I ordered. Never got my slice and several people got their food while I was waiting, all arriving after I did. A shame the service is so terrible as the food is decent. Food: 4 Service: 1 View all feedback.
This was our first time trying Nima's sheet pizza, and we were pleasantly surprised. The price was very reasonable and affordable. The sheet pizza was fantastic, unlike any other pizzerias we've tried. It felt like Nima's uses their own fresh dough instead of the frozen, pre-made crusts that most places rely on. Overall, it was incredibly delicious, and the service was impressively fast!
Absolutely fantastic service! Alex does an incredible job delivering an outstanding BLT+ sub! This is, without a doubt, the best pizzeria in Clifton Springs! Generous portions as well! Keep up the great work!
Excellent sheet pizza and pizza in general. A little greasy but in a good way (if that's how you like your pizza) also tastes fresh every time. Your awesome Nimas
I had an unpleasant experience with a young manager who was confrontational about my complaint regarding a poor-quality Pepsi. On a positive note, there was one good aspect to my visit, but overall, I won’t be coming back.
I’ve ordered from Nimas several times over the past year and have consistently had a negative experience with both the food and service. My last order was completely incorrect. The pizza slice was like cardboard, topped with burnt cheese. I requested wings well done, but they arrived undercooked and soggy. The person who took my order was rude and seemed eager to rush through the process, clearly not paying attention. Nimas used to be my favorite restaurant when I lived in Clifton Springs, but now it feels like a rundown, overpriced pizza shop delivering either burnt or undercooked meals. I wouldn’t mind the prices if there weren’t so many issues with my orders.
