I had a quick dinner there with a friend who had never been bef... read more I've been a long-time customer, but I hadn’t visited since Otto’s relocated to its larger space. I had a quick dinner there with a friend who had never been before, and it was excellent. It was a quiet evening, and we arrived only an hour before closing, but we still enjoyed great service and a delicious meal. It’s wonderful to see how Otto’s has grown and evolved since its opening. My friend and I both worked at the Victor TGIF, and I remember when the owner would drop by TGIF after closing many years ago.
