fresh, crispy and tasty cheese steak in contrast to everything I had to eat in this opposite, actually brings to shame the best philly cheese steak. I was thrilled to try this place since I saw him in a magazine. the menu can be overwhelming, so they give themselves a second to collect their thoughts before ordering. there are not many veggie options, so they come here for the sandwiches with meat. the chicken sandwich was beautiful and had all kinds of flavors. many solid reviews for this place, but not for me. Amazing, got the cheese steak and definitely the best I had. I placed the order and while I waited for the lady to slic the steak there, fresh, you not often. The bread was also amazing. The owner was really friendly and you can feel the pride and love that goes there, impossible to appreciate that. Can wait to go back and try the rest of the menu!
Got the pork cheesesteak and shrimp bowl with spicy gochujang. Both were amazing but the sandwich had a slight edge. So flavorful and the bread was excellent. Bowl was a great value though—so much food! Highly recommend this spot.
Had never heard of them, saw the article about them closing in the newspaper, went on the last day. The Korean Cheese Steak was phenomenal. Good luck, hope you open again.
Small restaurant with seating although it appeared when we were there, that many of the customers picked up food to go. The staff were really friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We tried both the sandwiches and a bowl....both of which were really good. The portion size was filling, the ingredients were really fresh, and the bread for the sandwiches was served warmed! There will be a bit of a wait since your order will be made fresh, so if you are in a hurry, you might want to order ahead.
Absolutely love the cheese steak and spicy potatoes!
