Definitely one of the best KFC locations in Florida. Everything was freshly made.
I visited KFC and noticed two different prices listed for the same family meal. When I asked about the difference, the staff said it only applied to the chicken. I showed her a picture proving otherwise, but she refused to honor the posted price, claiming she was the manager. The whole experience felt very unprofessional.
This was the dirtiest restaurant I've ever encountered. Unfortunately, I was traveling with a group, so I had to go along with the majority's choice. There were flies buzzing around everywhere, and I even spotted a grasshopper on the windowsill. In addition, there were bugs caught in webs in the corners of the ceiling. The smell when you walked in was unbearable. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly, and the food was served hot and fresh.
This restaurant consistently delivers excellent service, and I've never encountered any problems with my food.
I didn’t even receive what I ordered, but I was still charged for it. Later, they told me they didn’t have tenders and offered me a 3-piece meal instead, along with no Chicken Littles. In the end, they just threw together whatever they had and put it in a box with no biscuit. This place is ridiculous. I won't be coming back again.
