While some patrons rave about the outstanding customer service and superb sandwich recommendations at this eatery, others express disappointment in service speed and food quality. Complaints of cold and undercooked meals, incorrect sandwich preparations, and inability to accommodate dietary requests paint a frustrating picture. Additionally, unprofessional behavior from staff, including improper mask usage, detracted from the dining experience. Despite promising elements, the overall atmosphere feels lackluster, leaving customers wondering if the establishment truly values their business. The lady was nice, but she was quite slow. The food wasn't great either; by the time we got to the car with our order, everything was cold. The pizza was undercooked, and we had to keep asking for it to be heated longer, but it still wasn't finished properly.
Angel's customer service is outstanding! They also provided some great recommendations and made the best sub I've ever had from any Subway. It seems like they prefer not to have many customers, as it means less work for them, which is a bit sad. There's a somewhat negative energy in the place that could use some improvement!
Please make sure they put the correct amount of meat on a sandwich. I don't like broth sandwiches. three discs truthahn for a foot-long subdivision? I suppose it was a mistake?
If you have specific requests for dietary needs they will not accommodate. They have 4 people working and only one order is processed at a time minimum 15 minute wait to be told they cannot serve you.
I was very disappointed with the staff, as they only wore their masks under their chins. There was a Spanish man who seemed to be leading the team, acting as if he were the manager. Even he wore his mask under his chin. Furthermore, there was a sign on the window stating that masks must be worn to enter.
