Domino's Pizza - Cleveland

Worst decision they made was outsourcing to a call center. You call and you cant even get through been trying to call and order for over half an hour and it tells me the call will be recorded and then air silence and yes i sat on hold with silence for 3minutes. Ive been having this problem its not even worth waiting the time for

Great store everytime I order the food its hot and fresh when it arrives at my home. They have a great staff and the manager is really friendly and they all try there hardest congrats to store 3586. New manager Melanie has really turned the place around.

Terrible service. The automated system doesn't work at all. I finally got a hold of a person, who took my order then asked me to hold. Left me on hold. I called back, placed my order again, again was placed on hold. Called to confirm my pickup as I was onmy way, the person who answered told me they were now closed. As I tried to explain, he hung up. I called back and asked if hehung up, he said he was sorry, the line went blank. Then he hung up again. Horrible. Just go to the papa John's nearby. It cameout cheaper as well.

Don't try and call and order. You cannot talk to anyone in the store anymore. You either talk to a call center that you can hardly understand or use their app. They deliver to my address but if you try and order automated or talk to the service centerthey say I'm not serviceable. I have never had them not deliver only a couple miles away. Very sad our country has come toeither automated phone or call centers. I will no longer eat domino's. I'll cook pizza for my family.

Dont eat here! Me and my 2 kids ate here last Thursday for dinner and we ALL 3 were sick to our stomach for the whole next day. My 3 year old woke up at 4 am throwing up all morning. The food wasnt good, cold, tasteless and not worth a penny we paid forit. If i hadnt been in a hurry to get to our prior engagement i wouldnt have even eaten it.
