The Chick-fil-A restaurant in Cleveland, Georgia used to be a very well ran store. However, they have had manager changes and owner changes in the last months. I had an amazing meal at this restaurant, as I always do. I ordered the #1 meal on the menu and it was delicious. The service was quick and efficient as usual. The restaurant was very clean, with an employee constantly wiping down tables while I was there. I always enjoy eating at Chic-Fil-A. Keep up the excellent work!
We may have gone at a bad time, but we had to wait for about 15 to 20 minutes at the drive-thru along with other customers. The onion rings were cold and the fries were undercooked. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
Despite the busy crowd when we arrived, our food arrived promptly before we even sat down with our drinks. The staff worked efficiently together like a well-oiled machine. The new pimento cheese chicken sandwich was outstanding. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and food all scored a perfect 5 out of 5. The price per person for lunch was between $10 to $20.
