So... read more Update: The woman at the window was very apologetic and explained that they were short-staffed. In fact, new employees arrived just as I was waiting in line. Sometimes things go awry, and it's all about how you handle it. By the way, the food was outstanding! Honestly, it was the best bacon cheeseburger I've ever had. I’m giving 5 stars for both the food and the effort!

Furthermore, the ketchup dispenser was malfunctioning and created a mess all over the place. The dining area also had a strong odor that reminded me of last week's trash.

I happened to be towards the front and when I got to the speaker. I sat for 10-15 min waiting just for some kid to comeon and say they are closed and have been closed for a long time. I asked when they closed, he said 1150 and it was 1205. I hadbeen sitting in front of the speaker for 10-15 min and not to mention the 30 min in the line. Completely ridiculous how we allwere treated.
