I happened to be towards the front and when I got to the speaker. I sat for 10-15 min waiting just for some kid to comeon and say they are closed and have been closed for a long time. I asked when they closed, he said 1150 and it was 1205. I hadbeen sitting in front of the speaker for 10-15 min and not to mention the 30 min in the line. Completely ridiculous how we allwere treated.

However, I was quite let down by the demeanor of the staff. They lacked smiles and warmth, and instead conveyed a sense of frustration, as if they were unhappy with their jobs and lives. I tried to be friendly and show my appreciation, but it didn't seem to have any impact. If there had been another restaurant where I could get that salad, I would have gone there instead.

We've had to return several items due to a... read more I wish I could rate this place with zero stars. In the past three years, our orders have consistently been incorrect. We've had to return several items due to allergens that we specifically asked to be removed. Even the replacements still had those allergens in them!
