I visited the drive-thru this morning, and the woman taking my... read more I felt compelled to write this review because I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. I visited the drive-thru this morning, and the woman taking my order was quite rude. She seems to work the window every morning I go, and it’s often difficult to understand her because she speaks so quickly, as if she doesn’t want to be there. When I got to the window to pay for my order, she returned my card and said, "It's declined." This was surprising and confusing to me, as I wouldn't have placed my order if I hadn’t anticipated having enough funds. Not wanting to hold up the line, I apologized and informed her that I would drive back around once I sorted it out. However, she slammed the window shut and announced over her headset, "Cancel the last order," without acknowledging me. I later realized that I had accidentally used my teenage daughter’s card. I could have easily transferred the money to her card via Zelle, but given her rudeness, I decided not to return. I can't help but think how differently someone in a more difficult financial situation would feel in that situation; it could be genuinely embarrassing for them. I’ve worked in fast food before and understand that card declines happen—it's uncomfortable for anyone. A more appropriate response from her would have been, "No problem, we'll take care of it when you come back around." I believe they need to reconsider having her at the window since this is not the first time I've encountered her rudeness. As a loyal paying customer, I find this kind of service unacceptable.

I know it?s fast food but dang people are paying inflated prices and only getting half of their food! You would think a restaurant in Clemson would do better ! I have even complained to the manager but it still hasn?t gottenbetter ! If I could give 0 stars I could !
