Went through the drive thru the other night, kept it simple just ordered some McDoubles, didn't even ask for no onions because I didn't want to complicate it too much for the people working.
Went to the window for a water cup for my dog at 12:42. The lady at the window was being rude and said I?d have to pay .55 cents just for a water cup. Can?t help but to think that race played a part in the way she treated me. I?ve gotten a water cup a fewweeks ago from here with no problem.
Literally every single time I go through here they leave something out of the bag , it never fails ! Building a new restaurant was such a waste of money ! I know it?s fast food but dang people are paying inflated prices and only getting half of their food! You would think a restaurant in Clemson would do better ! I have even complained to the manager but it still hasn?t gottenbetter ! If I could give 0 stars I could !
Cheerful folks running the drive through on a Sunday night goes a long way in making customer service excellent.
Ordered two burrito meal. Was given the insides of the burrito without the shell. Which got all over me and my car. Ridiculous. My order is never right at this McDonalds. Since reopening it is no good. 0 stars.
