Advice to management: Your Boba tea is good but not what the white out of statesorority girl with tons of money want. I had made an online order for pick up and due to the clemson game, the roads were blocked and we couldn?t get out there. Later in the evening after the roads were reopened, we called to ask if ourorder was still there. A girl answered the phone and told us that she had not seen an order for my name and heavily implied itwas either stolen or never received in their system. As it was probably 30 minutes before they closed, we decided to wait untilthe next day to go there and hopefully come to a solution. We arrived there and a man at the counter said that our order wasmade and had sat out all day yesterday cause no one came to get it. We were told that our order wasn?t even there by a girl theprevious day. I?m extremely upset as we did not receive a refund or have our food remade. They didn?t want to remedy thesituation for us at all which is extremely disappointing as we were regular, repeat customers on several occasions. There haseven been a time where we ordered and the drive was 20 minutes for us but when we got there, there was a woman who said she?dremake our bowls since it had been sitting out ?for a while.? We insisted that wasn?t necessary but she showed us so muchkindness and I hoped that we would have gotten that when we went in about our problem yesterday. I love to support my localrestaurants and establishments but unfortunately, I will not be returning to Poke Star after our last visit.

My go-to is a build-a-bowl with sushi rice, spicy tuna, and all of my favorite toppings. It's a great place that offers non-fish options as well if that's notyour style. Highly recommend!

Love to order different combos to see what I like more and this time I got added shrimp, edamame, avocado, sushi rice, sesame seeds, etc. Their tuna is also very good. Great place to go!
