However, o... read more Lovely seating inside and out, and friendly staff. We have been before and it was good, service and food good... although I think it’s rather pricey. However, on this occasion the time it took to get our courses was ridiculous .. Sat down at 7.30. Starter arrived 8.20.. main. 9.10... desert delivered on time, but they did not have to be cooked! Very long waiting times, Not good. Would recommend if this didn’t happen again... but how do you know?

I loved my chicken Wellington. The cocktails were fab. The 2 who waited on us were Fantastic and very attentive. The only ‘fault’ was that when I booked it asked me if a special occasion which I stated it was our anniversary. I think it would have been nice if that would have been shown… eg.. happy anniversary written on a plate or table… it just felt pointless having to state what the occasion was for. (But an extremely small fault and probably the system than the restaurant)

Since we were already on-site, we inquired if we could receive a complimentary drink to make up for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we were met with a straightforward "no." I believe the customer service could use some improvement.

Loved the whole feel of the bistro and staff were lovely too. Will defiantly be returning to try more of the menu .
