I have an omelet every morning and always have tomato in it, so I was surprised when I enjoyed one without tomatoes. Some people are turned off by the thought of a pie stuffed with veggies, but it's absolutely delicious and don't forget that there's cheese in there too! It's more like a spinach feta herb, if you're unfamiliar with Spinach Pie. The potatoes onions side that came with the omelet could have been spiced up a bit. I fav
