The store was decent, and the staff were friendly. However, I feel that Dunkin's prices could be more affordable. I only drink decaf and wish they offered flavored decaf coffee options.

I had to repeat myself several times, and even then, the coffee still tasted awful.

While I... read more First and foremost, customers should be treated with respect when they choose to purchase from your establishment. Your service is not the best in town. While I was buying drinks and food, I needed to use the restroom. One of the Filipino staff members allowed me to use it, but then a woman came out yelling that it was locked. This kind of experience is how businesses start losing customers, especially when their main offering is food. Absolutely terrible customer service!
