I've been enjoying my bagels here for years and always. today I have ordered a dozen, as I always and I noticed that the price was higher, but that's good, all... read more I've been enjoying my bagels here for years and always. today I have ordered a dozen, as I always and I noticed that the price was higher, but that's good, all prices are now higher. which was not good was that my dozen bagels were 11 bagels. I usually get 12 plus an extra thrown in. I'm not happy, have they forgotten how to count 12? do I have to count them before I leave the load? not a good business practice to cheat their customers.

I asked for my money back. the bigger man with short bart asked the cash something (small Eastern European, she replied that they both looked at me, rolled their eyes. I didn't order wrong. they are the one who has to pay attention if they order something. low customer service.
