Been going here for over 10 years. It has unfortunately gone down hill drastically in the last 3 years. The young boy host makes you feel like an inconvenience... read more Been going here for over 10 years. It has unfortunately gone down hill drastically in the last 3 years. The young boy host makes you feel like an inconvenience when you come to eat and is constantly on his cell phone. The wait staff is polite but not friendly like they used to be. The ribeye used to be a nice hunk of meat has dwindled down damn near nothing. The prime rib is swimming in juices along with your soggy potato, butter and sour cream packet. The staff are constantly climbing over each other to get into the one door to the kitchen. A waiter said excuse me 3 times to a waitress who was standing in the doorway talking to someone in the back. We would go to Chubbys every year for our anniversary and occasionally throughout the year when my husband wanted prime rib. Will not be going back as it keeps getting worse.
