Saturday Nov 11, 5:20 pm...broilers are down and they are not serving beef !!! Should just lock the door and go home, Burger King . Tried to express my opinion to them on their website and got a bot that didn 't understand a bit of my complaint, and wouldn 't give me another avenue to contact a human, so I am making a public complaint. I'm mostly upset over the fact that I spent 6 plus dollars on a hamburger. The Whopper to be exact and I get a half thrown together. Mess where lettuce is spilling everywhere and tomatoes are bigger than the actual hamburger. I don't get asked what sauce is I want when I order cheese sticks or chicken nuggets. So spending $20 for this is outrageous and Burger King should seriously look at their employees training and do something different if they want to keep customers.
Says I gave it one star must have been having a bad day. I go there these couple times a month. It's always been pretty good in the service has been good. Don't remember giving it one

Late night drive thru hot, fast, fresh, friendly the way it's supposed to be nice work!
This is the best out of the 2 Burger Kings in Rome....
