Arizona Tacos - Rome

Lowest quality ingredients. Sometimes no flavor. They change the size of the container constantly. Like, I'll order a rice bowl and it would come in a large aluminum container. Next time I order the same thing it comes in a smaller container with lessfood.

Ordered carna asada and fries twice from this place the 1st time it was great guacamole was freshly made, this time it?s gross and looks completely different, very poorly made and store brought guacamole, the entire dish has no flavor whatsoever. I feelbad because I bragged about this dish to a friend and we ended up with 2 nasty poorly made dishes.

It?s Tex-Mex so obviously I wasn?t expecting authentic Mexican food. Ordered the steak rice bowl and it had 0 flavor. Only ate it cause I was with my company group. If I come again maybe I?ll give it another chance but as of now the steak was just blandwith no flavor, didn?t really taste salt or anything, the rice was just okay, and the ?guac? was some weird paste. Had to drownthe bowl in their mild salsa to get anything out of it. Took off the cheese (American cheese), pico, and sour cream. Maybe theyrely on the flavor based on those but in my opinion it shouldn?t.

The best thing to get here is the fries. The queso is also very good. Not a fan of the salsa, but everything else I have had there is very good.

I have ordered from them 10 times through door dash. About 50 percent of the time the food was not good. But I will say because of the other 5 times that the food came out great I willl be ordering again.
