I’m not usually a fan of Chinese take-out restaurants, especially with so many authentic Asian options in Flushing and Chinatown. However, this place stands out for its quality ingredients and generous portions. Typically, when you order General Tso’s or Sesame Chicken, you end up with a large mass of fried dough and just a few tiny bits of chicken mixed in. What justin justin doesn't like about Ming Star Chinese:
After waiting over an hour and five minutes with no delivery or any contact, I decided to call and cancel my order. I LOVE the Chinese food here and I've been going here for years and they never disappoint the lady that answers the phone is so sweet and she knows my family after so many years of eating there
The food is on the better end of typical Chinese food. The lady in the phone can be a bit tough to deal sometimes, who doesn?t have bad days, with but put yourself in her shoes, if you?re nice, she?s nice. They deliver in complicated addresses like mine, and they food never disappoint. I order about 3-4 times a week, and although I just moved to this area 2 yrs ago, she definitely knows me now.
The food is good; you definitely get what you pay for. I've never had any issues with this place. I've been coming here for four years since I moved to the area, and my family, who lives nearby, has never had any problems either. The woman behind the counter is friendly, and my orders are always accurate and served hot. I really don't understand the negative reviews.

Hanging up the phone and refusing to address the issue showed a complete lack of customer service. I truly regret every time I ordered from this place in my childhood.
