Best coffee and customer service in Knox. All staff well trained. Coffee always hot. Credit to Manager for hiring such excellent staff and focusing on customer service. Only criticism is don't have senior meals. Meals very large.

First time eating at this cafe in the Knox Shopping Centre.Had the Monsta Burger deal that comes with a burger with the LOT! Side of chips.The burger is prepared well with each layer of fresh ingredients from the onion rings, egg, bacon, pineapple, beetroot, etc with the brioche bun.The side chips are done beautifully. Crispy yet not oily. The whole deal is $18.95.It's a long wait for the burger to be prepared and serve as I notice other customers ordering later than me for other dishes are being served earlier.The place has complimentary drinking water - one being with strawberry and cucumber. It also has free Heraldsun newspaper to read.Staffs are friendly and the place is kept reasonably clean. Spacing between seats are reasonable.Happy to return to try other menus in the future.

I love stopping in here with my kids for a Gelato fix, Staff are always friendly, and they are quick to serve and get your gelato to you. I'm dying to try their Monsta Shakes soon and will also be getting the Little Monsta Shakes for my kids as well.

Best place in Knox for a good meal at a great price. Staff are friendly and good variety on menu. Yummy cakes with slices big enough to share

I always like eating here only had One hiccup which I forgive, my coffee got mixed up with my daughters and she is LF and I am not, so not good for her, I think that was more to do with an inexperienced waiter but have gone back since and he is more than professional now, love their corn fritters as does my mum and the cherry pie, yum So busy though, a little difficult getting a table, when you have to order around the corner.
