The Back Porch Saloon - Feedback

What Debbie Swango doesn't like about The Back Porch Saloon:
The food at this restaurant has gone downhill drastically. I have been visiting this establishment for many many years. I ordered a ribeye steak sandwich and I understand that ribeye steaks have some marbling on them for flavor however my first bite was full of fat, my second bite was full of fat, my third bite was all gristle. It's a bar with bar food as such the food was good. We sat at the bar and had an early dinner while our son was at a baseball tryout (teenager). I had the pork tenderloin sandwich, thin crispy, and hugh, which is perfect in my opinion. I really wish I could remember the bar tenders name to give her a shout-out. She was friendly and efficient.
