I Loved it! My son and I had The Chili Cheese Double Burger Combo it was Delicious made to order (Hott). Fast and Friendly Customer Service as well.

I love the Bama burger but the management was rude to their Crew members right in front of us and the girl didn't even do anything. I was embarrassed for her

Surprised that I?m seeing several reviews that say ?good customer service? as that is my only complaint with Bertile?s. I have been in the restaurant before and a very rude older white woman has been working there for some time. Today my father wanted tostop in and get a Conecuh Dog as he was hungry. He walked in as he was unaware that the restaurant was drive thru only at themoment (he didn?t spot the sign on the door). Rather than simply informing him to pull up to the drive thru she says somethingto the extent of ?DIDN?T YOU SEE THE SIGN?!? and ruined his appetite. Good customer service? I don?t think so.

The most fire chili dogs and fries next to Dew Drop Inn I have EVER had the pleasure of tasting! Definitely WILL eat here EVERY time I roll through!! Drive through was pretty fast considering we had a work van with five seperate orders, and not onecomplaint or mistake from drive-thru staff! Nicely done.
