Mcdonald's - Citronelle

Manager went beyond and beyond. very nice lady. even though she was underwhelmed during lunchtime, she never lost her smile or her cool. she made mcyds better than usual. ?

Had a mobile order and had to sit for over 15 minutes so they could take my order to me. while I was waiting, I saw more than 15 cars going completely through the drive thru line. I will never order everything from this place again. the only plus page was that my pommes were hot.

We stopped on the mcdonald on the way to florida. when entering was müll on the floor at the door and the müll could overflow. the tables were dirty. I have never been in a dirty and disgusting facility like this mcdonald’s. it was so bad that I needed a shower after my departure, and I was only there about 20 seconds. they were not short-size, there were several people working, so there was no excuse for it. I wouldn't let a start, but there is not this option here on google.

We normally don’t go to McDonald’s but there werent any other good options in this area while we passed through.The man no sure his name: tall, wife worked there too)who served us was so friendly. He was awesome with my daughter and was very personable with my wife and I. Very refreshing to encounter good people. The experience was great.

Disgusting location, old McDonald’s cups and bags all over the ground outside. The lobby was closed making it very inconvenient to get food there. Poorly managed what a waste.
