The customer service was excellent, and the quality of their hot drinks and food was outstanding! You'll definitely appreciate the atmosphere—it’s all done in pink, which gives it a lovely vibe. The prices are reasonable, and there are plenty of outdoor seating options when the weather is nice. I tried the latte, chicken soup, and Nutella hot chocolate, and everything was delicious! Highly recommend!

The coffee is the best I've had from a Cirencester coffee shop and the honey nut slice was amazing. Add to the above the very friendly staff and you have a super cafe that we'll definitely go back to. It was a refreshing change from all the coffee house chains that are in the town.

I had the pancake nutella stack with white chocolate gelato, both amazing and beautifully presented. Scones where served lightly toasted and where so soft, accompanied with fresh clotted cream and jam. If you are in cirencester, Luxe is the place to visit. Highly recommended and such friendly staff.

Even if you're not, I still recommend checking it out. The décor is stunning and perfect for photos and selfies. They have a great selection of delicious sweets along with some vegetarian options. I ordered a cookie sandwich paired with a Lotus hot chocolate, and it was honestly so delicious, though much more filling than I anticipated. The staff even gave me a cute bag to take the leftovers home. The only downside was that the hot chocolate wasn’t as hot as I would have liked, and there was a bit of a wait since there weren’t many employees. Despite that, it was well worth it, and I would definitely go back!
