Wingstop - Cincinnati

This review is for my two children who ordered Wingstop through the app, which I chose for them. Unfortunately, when we received the order, I was unable to verify it because the young lady at the door quickly handed us the bag. The wings were cold, the fries were also cold and seemed to be sitting in grease. We ordered 10 boneless pieces, but only received 8, and the drinks we paid for through the app were missing. I was unable to double-check before leaving. This experience was disappointing, and I would not even give this place one star. I plan to return the food. Despite the issues, my children still ate the meal.

The food quality was good, but it had a reddish tint. Despite being told a 20-minute wait, we ended up waiting for over 40 minutes for our meal.

The wings are tasty. (I tried the lemon pepper and garlic parmesan ones on different occasions. The garlic parmesan ones were more tender than the lemon pepper ones).The little problem I have with WingsStop is the policy that people can come in and pick up a bag over the counter without the staff acknowledging you presence. It is a bit disconcerting when one has never been to wingstop.

You can still order over the phone and pay at the store When I ask for well done wings they are perfect, nice and extra crispy like I ask. The staff is great also love this location

I typically enjoy this restaurant and often order food from here. However, today my chicken thighs were undercooked. While accidents can happen, I did receive a refund. I just hope they pay closer attention to food safety in the future.
