White Castle - Cincinnati
White Castle
Description
This White Castle delivers classic, hot sliders and convenient parking, but experiences vary wildly. Guests praise friendly moments and prompt fixes, yet many report rude or dismissive staff, drive‑thru mixups, construction access issues, greasy onion rings and overloaded onions, and poorly maintained restrooms. Fries can be underseasoned while some visits are dependable. Overall, a nostalgic fast‑food stop with solid food potential but inconsistent service and cleanliness that can spoil the visit.

The cashier was extremely rude and dirty. Unprofessional with the nasty attitude, the manager kept telling her to be quiet and she kept running her mouth. I guess she mad about the job that she chose, but she’s in the wrong position will not be back don’t wash their hands drinking drinks while preparing your food, she need to take a food, safety class and a customer service course. Parking: Wanna write a zero with everything? Do not even want no one to contact me back because nothing is going to be done about it. She will still be working there with the rude and nasty attitude. They just won’t be getting my money no more.
The employees were extremely rude to us and to the customers who came before us. While I can understand declining special requests, their dismissive attitude—throwing their hands in the air and saying, "I'm just gonna say no because I'm lazy"—was simply uncalled for.
I found the workers to be quite unprofessional, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was disappointing, particularly the bathroom. There was a broken fixture next to the toilet and bandaids on the sink. When I noticed the door didn't even close properly behind me as I exited, it made me uneasy. Whenever I asked them a question, they seemed to find it exhausting to respond. I've never been a fan of this location. Our crave case was decent, but it was overloaded with onions, which ended up all over the car and kitchen. The onion rings were overly greasy and had an unusual taste. Enjoy your meal there, but I think I'll pass on the risk of a bad experience.
