Wendy's - Cincinnati

A young man named keshaun wilkinson was very rude for me and my daughter, spit also into my eating.

The menu is always changing with tasty new items. Fast service and they got my order right!

I ordered a single combo and because i ordered it without cheese they loaded it with so much mayo I couldn't even eat it... and the bottom bun was soaked in grease so bad I could pinch it together and grease would drip out!!!!! I made a video and took pictures I also took a picture of my receipt and this wasn't the first or second time they've done this. I was just tired of it this time. This use to be my favorite Wendy's but I won't be returning there ever again if I can avoid it. I was so polite while ordering and very upbeat and saying please and thank you. I'm never rude to anyone preparing my food! Lol. I just wonder was it because I ordered it without cheese and they had to make me a fresh burger?? I sure hope not. But it had happened now three times in a row. I'm done with that place

Being that I worked at this Wendy's I will let a lot of customers know the manager Jackie there she does reheat her french fries if you return them she throws them back in the oil to say that they were freshly dropped fries I just found out recently that they had cockroaches and it was touching all your lettuce your tomatoes and all that stuff like I'm speaking actual facts here it is a very disgusting store she used you on your two for four because what you thought was a small fry was just really a value fry there are chicken sandwiches on that she just refuse to sell them oh and when you quit your job she'll call headquarters and tell him that she fired you if I was your I would just stop going to this Wendy's.

I waited in drive thru line at 1130 pm for 10 minutes to be told that they were only taking DoorDash orders. All I wanted was A frosty. Not cool.
