I arrived close to closing time for the dining room with my fiancée, and it got a bit chilly. The staff noticed that I was cold and kindly suggested that we move to a warmer area, assuring us not to worry about the time and encouraging us to enjoy our meal comfortably. They were all wonderful, and we really appreciated Wendy's hospitality. Thank you! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
the employees spend more time acting than working on a playground. rude, sick and have no idea how to keep a restaurant clean. I'd give a zero, but since that's not possible, I'll give one. that is very generous for the trailer park stupidity atmosphere that go on in this “restaurant” View all feedback.

The food was hot and fresh. I’d prefer to wait for a delicious meal rather than be served something reheated from the day before. Although the service was frustratingly slow, the quality of the food made it worthwhile. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and not very friendly – we only saw two of them in total. Despite this, I’m giving it four stars because the restaurant was open, the food was fresh, and I appreciate the hard work involved, which sometimes goes unrecognized.
This is my favorite Wendy's in town! I always go through the drive-thru. There have been a couple of times when my food wasn't as hot as I would have liked, but overall it’s usually fresh, especially compared to most other Wendy's locations in Cincinnati. The service is always good, and the atmosphere is nice; however, it can take a bit of time to get out of the parking lot. As for parking, they have a great lot—there's always a space available when I visit, and it's always clean.
I am a great believer in customer service and their customers do not feel like a last, or better to make them feel like they actually want to be there (they keep their business alive, finally). this Wendy’s was terrible with her customer service. they prioritized the drive-thru, which I understand, because I have worked a few fast food jobs and know that they have their time to meet them. At the same time, the guests who literally only stand around in the lobby to be helped should be welcomed at least and warmly acknowledged. that would be all I would have taken for me to be not a little upset about this particular one. my main problem with this place was the fact that the guy who led the counter was very unfriendly and not even smiled, I don't think. I asked him about sauce for my friend and I and he gave me only 1 of everyone I asked, so I asked for something more and he said nothing about all this exchange and gave the energy to be annoyed with me to ask. I said thank you and sat down (no answer) just to come back because they forgot my nuggets I ordered with my combo. again he said nothing at all and seemed even more annoying with me. her freestyle koksmaschine was also super unreponsiw and made me wish it was just a classic soda machine. Eating was decent, but the experience as a whole had frustrated me more than anything. All-in-all, not somewhere I will visit again at any time when ever. thanks for reading when they did it, wendys. I hope they can solve some of these problems to make the experiences of others better. I don't feel like I'm a hard person to please, it's just the little ones. I know some other people in there were a little annoying with the service too, as well as the 2 peeps I had with me tried to get some delicious dug lol.
