What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
this load has no consistent hours. they are probably underused, but it's always a shame if they're gonna be open. a few weeks ago at 20:30 on Saturday and all the lights were on. No one took our job, and when we drove away, 3 employees were hanging on the window, and one even chased us back. must be nice to close early and with their friends while still on the clock. I ordered the famous and delicious cheese and rice burrito from the dollar menu, as I have many times before. However, today I was disappointed to find what can only be described as a lump of cold bean paste wrapped in a flour tortilla. This is certainly not the culinary quality I expect from Taco Bell. 4/5.
The service here is quite concerning; it seems like they don't really care. Over the past few months, every time I've gone through the drive-thru to pick up a DoorDash order, I've been told they're out of certain items and can't fulfill my order. I've also tried to get food for myself, only to find that they're out of stock, and the staff couldn't provide a clear explanation for it. I don't know if it's something about me or what, but this feels pretty suspicious.
I consistently encounter problems with orders at this Red Bank location. I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up, the dismissive employee claimed they didn't have my order and said they couldn't just make it because it was on my phone. So, they are willing to take my money but not provide the service I paid for. Great. Each time I try to give this location another chance, they continue to disappoint me. I would never recommend this Taco Bell (or the KFC next door, for that matter).
I moved to this area about two years ago and I really enjoy Taco Bell. This is the closest location to me, and I visit it quite often. However, every single time I go—whether it's through the drive-thru or using the app for mobile orders—they always forget something from my order. It's not that difficult to check if all items are included in the bag before handing it over to the customer. I'm tired of being let down by this Taco Bell.
