Subway - Cincinnati

I always enjoy visiting this restaurant, as the food is always fresh and the staff behind the counter are incredibly friendly. I typically use the app to order online during my lunch break. The prices are on par with other Subway locations nearby, but currently they have a buy one, get one 50% off deal on foot long sandwiches, though I believe this promotion is only valid until the end of the month. My spicy Italian sandwich was delicious and perfectly made, not messy at all.

The line at the restaurant was lengthy and slow-moving. The employee in charge of condiments seemed to have a poor memory as I had to repeat my order to him three times. I ended up being overcharged, but I decided against asking for a refund due to their incompetence.

I recently visited this restaurant a couple of days ago and they were out of tuna, so I ended up getting the meatball sandwich. Today, when I went back, they were out of tuna, meatball, and ham sandwiches. Additionally, the service was terrible as it took the waiter an entire hour to make just 7 sandwiches. I arrived at 5 o'clock and didn't leave until 5:58. I was extremely frustrated and unhappy with the experience.

The food is always prepared fresh and the women working behind the counter are extremely friendly. I like to use the app to order online and avoid the busy lunch crowd. The prices are comparable to other Subway locations in the area, but the buy one get one footlong deal is still available at 50% off. However, I believe this special is only valid until the end of the month. Remember to eat fresh! My spicy Italian sandwich was delicious and made perfectly, without being messy.

This is a Subway restaurant. The sandwiches are great, but the service is not the best. It's not my favorite place to eat, but it's a decent option for a last-minute choice.
