Fortunately, my daughter enj... read more Recently, it appears that the prices on the menu have increased and the portion sizes of the subs (meat and cheese) have decreased. Fortunately, my daughter enjoys their meatball subs, or else I don't think we would dine there. However, the customer service is consistently excellent and they always make my daughter feel involved in choosing her order. This is a major positive aspect of our dining experience.

I also observed that the employee diligently washed his hands after every order. Despite the long line, he efficiently served everyone. Our sandwiches were absolutely delicious!

When we walked in, someone was in the process of paying for their order, but the staff member informed us that she wouldn’t serve my daughter because she was closing 45 minutes early, simply stating that she was tired. This experience reinforces why we prefer Jersey Mike’s. Subway consistently offers subpar service.
