I ordered from this location using the Subway app for delivery. I didn't get my full order and the food was sub par at best. I tried to contact the store and after repeatedly calling and getting hung up on without them even saying hello they finally on the 8th attempt answer the phone and say what I tell them that items were missing from my delivery and they tell me I need to call DoorDash and ask for a refund, I tol... Great place to grab a bite to eat great service greatest food when on a budget thinking
I stood in line with at least 5 other people while the employee made his lunch and completely ignored us. 3 people left. When he finished making his sandwich he just looked at me didn't say can i help you or anything. Terrible customer service!!!!
I placed an order on the subway app, my food was delivered all messed up. They gave me a completely wrong sandwich for one and the other one was the wrong bread. Of course I try calling to see if I can get a refund as I will not eat the other sandwich but they don’t answer their phone. Very poor customer service.
The chips I received were incorrect, but the sandwich was amazing and the cookies were fresh.
They have made mistakes twice now with the bread and also forgot to include the cookie and chips.
