Sinners Saints - Cincinnati
Sinners Saints
Description
Sinners & Saints is a small, laid-back BBQ spot minutes from downtown with a lively bar, large TVs, porch and patio seating, and a rotating menu. Highlights include smoked brisket, fall-off-the-bone ribs, bacon-wrapped jalapeños and naan street tacos, paired with creative cocktails and a solid beer list. Friendly, music-driven service makes it a great game-day or family stop, though patrons note occasional lukewarm dishes, uneven mac and cheese, delivery/order mistakes, and a limited brunch menu before 2 PM.

Amazing Smoked Brisket sandwich, with great french fries and a beer. The only way to start a Sunday before the Bengals. Minutes from downtown. Small, well done, with large tv's. Will be our on-the-way-to-the-game stop from now on.
This is a lovely little restaurant with delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere! I enjoyed some fantastic smoked chicken thighs and bacon-wrapped jalapeño poppers. We opted to sit outside on the porch for our meal.
Sinners Saints is close to my house, but it's on a stretch of road that I rarely travel. When going to or from downtown I almost always use Columbia Parkway and rarely go along Riverside Drive. Sinners Saints is one of only a few restaurants along this nearly 4-mile stretch. One evening I made a special trip down Riverside to visit. I really enjoyed this stop and will have to make a special trip again in the future. For starters, their smoked stuffed jalapeños are delightful $10)! Sausage, cream cheese, and cheddar are all inside, wrapped with bacon and smoked. They come served with house BBQ sauce on the side, but you may not even need it. The smoke flavor is really there on the bacon and mixes well with the creamy filling. For dinner, the naan street tacos are a solid choice. Pulled pork, peach BBQ, source cream, pickled onion, and green onion are packed inside of garlic naan and served taco style $16). This is served with a very large side of mac and cheese. It is quite a filling meal! The tacos were great and the naan holds up really well to the juices and sauces, as compared to a soft corn shell.
The service and atmosphere were excellent. The restaurant features a pleasant bar area where you can watch the TVs, as well as a lovely patio. A friend of mine ordered the Cuban sandwich, which she found delicious, although she wasn't a fan of the coated fries. I tried the brisket Naan Tacos with mac and cheese. Unfortunately, the macaroni was tough, as if it had been left in a warmer all day, and the sauce on top tasted artificially flavored—definitely not enjoyable! The three tacos were mediocre; the meat wasn't served hot, there was more sour cream than BBQ sauce, and overall, they lacked flavor. I was really disappointed with the meal.
Small and laid back. Decent beer selection and some craft drinks ?. The food was great! I highly recommend the Smoked Brisket stew. Also, the Butter Blueberry pie was perfect.Kid-friendliness: There were families enjoying a meal and the bartenders kids were having a good time in the neighborhood.
