Contribute FeedbackDespite some positive aspects, such as good food and attentive service in some cases, reviews indicate a general lack of attention and care towards customers at Season 52. While some customers enjoyed their meals and appreciated aspects such as calorie-conscious menu options and delicious dishes, others felt ignored and disappointed by the service. Complaints included long wait times, lack of attentiveness from servers, and feeling rushed through the dining experience. Customers noted that good food alone is not enough to make up for poor treatment. Improvement in customer service is suggested to make the dining experience more enjoyable and welcoming.
Separate vegan menu is clearly specific about outlets to make dishes vegan. the artichoke cup was one of the best things I have ever eaten in a restaurant.
They celebrate a special occasion. Vegan menu available. interesting personal.
After watching a show at the Music Hall we decided to dine at Seasons 52. It was past half nine in the evening yet they accommodated us. Glad they were still open. My husband takes his clients here for lunch too. Seasons 52 is one of his favorite restaurants. The best place, very good food, excellent service.
Went there with some friends for restaurant week. I ended up ordering off the restaurant week menu because the restaurant week bundle was not a deal-if you added up the individual prices of the most expensive options, it added up to $36, meaning that they were even charging people extra to get the exact same food in restaurant week. I ended up getting the Mahi crunch salad, and that was delicious.
Food was very average for an upscale restaurant. The service was very good. Parking is a nightmare.
