Unfortunately, this visit was disappointi... read more I wanted to share my recent experience at your restaurant, as I have always enjoyed dining at Roosters with my family. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing due to both a food safety issue and the way it was handled by the manager on duty. When I arrived home, I was shocked to find a piece of metal in my daughter’s food. Concerned, I immediately returned to the restaurant to address the issue. When I asked to speak with both the manager and the cook, the manager’s demeanor was dismissive. After showing him the metal, his response was simply, “Oh, that’s a piece of the strainer,” without any real concern. I can only assume everyone food has metal in it, next time If I return I will ask them to hold the metal!!! While I understand that mistakes happen, I was deeply disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service from the manager. My family and I love Roosters, but this experience left me questioning the quality of management at this location. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future situations are handled with more care and respect for customers.
