Arrived at the window at 9.39 did not get my food until... read more Had just arrived after a long day of traveling. Wanted to get something quick. Went thru the drive thru. Arrived at the window at 9.39 did not get my food until 10.05. Took my money right away never acknowledged me again, got out of car to go in door was locked. Then employee came to window asked me what the problem was. The problem was no food. Finally got my food. He put in 2 extra order of fries on top of the 2 I ordered. They were all cold. First time at a rally’s and my last.

I had to go back inside because my order of plain cheeseburger was wrong. They said I ordered it incorrectly but that's not even the biggest issue. They said they would fix it and took them into the back. Again NO GLOVES.When I rechecked them the bacon still had mustard or whatever on it...hmmm seems like you just switched out the cheese and bun.Barehanded the bacon. Yuck!! Pass on this place
