Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Cincinnati

This restaurant constantly has long wait times, lack of variety in their menu, and rude staff members. The food is consistently dry and overcooked. I could continue to list more complaints, but I'll just say this: it's best to dine elsewhere.

3/15/2022 430 clock when I tell them that I ordered for three people and the young girl was so rude and evil. as if she didn't want to be there. I never got my reception. they messed up the order and when I had to go back, they acted as if it were my fault that she messed up my order. they are unprofessional. the chicken was cold and looked like it was sitting there two days ago. also the boxes they put in the boxes were not prepared. whoever this manager has to be fired because there is no possibility to operate a device like this. I'll never come back to this place, I'll call the district manager if they can do that.

Great food and worth the wait, just wish the wait wasn't as long but all together great Popeyes location.

Good service most of the times. The main manager really is helpful and she really really knows how to get thing's done. She really tries to make every customer feel like thier at home. Good job.

This popeyes is absolutely horrible! It was filthy dirty, none of the tables were clean, the floor had dirt and food all over the place and the food we were served tasted like it was sitting there for the whole entire day. The chicken on the sandwich was dry and tasted like rancid cooking oil so, we will never eat there again! It was disgusting!
