I want to make sure my orders are always correct, especially when I pay extra to add meat to my pizza. When I called to explain the issue, they quickly made another pizza and sent it to me! We didn't have any problems at all. View all feedback.

I placed an online order last night, the app crashed and I went to place my order again. I didn't realize that the app had changed the address to the closest one to me, rather than the one that was open later(which I wanted), until after I placed my order and was on the way to the store (I'm new to the area so it wasn't something I picked up on). The store closed at 11 and was closed when I got there. That wasn't their fault and I didn't expect to get my order, but my card shows I was charged. I've been on the phone for over 50 minutes and have been transferred to 7 representatives AND the call center manager now trying to get into contact with this location. As I'm typing this, I'm still on hold.. Yeah, not ordering from here again even though the first time was an accident. I'll find the time to go in person to get this situated.
Not normally one to write reviews, but thought it important to share my experience. I ordered a medium pizza for delivery at 12:16 on a Friday afternoon hoping to have a late lunch (delivery window provided showed 25-35 minutes). By 2:30, it still has not arrived (but has been out for delivery for over an hour, so even if it does get here, I can 't imagine it will be hot). I have not been able to reach anyone at the store to get any information about where it is or if it 's coming at all even though I waited on hold for 20 minutes. Basically, buyer beware. I know times are tough for restaurants to find staff, and I 've had decent experiences here in the past, but this experience has been pretty unreasonable.

Our pizza was 30 minutes in the van. the pizza was tasteless and cold.
Pizza ordered, pommes and 2 liters. they sent it with a door bag and everything I got was a pizza. I called it twice and they let him ring for 10 minutes both of them and then pick up the phone and hang on me. I guess I have to call if another manager has the duty to get my money back.
