Think Chipotle for Italian food. Instead of rice, you get pasta. But the idea is the same. Start with the Pasta and then add the other ingredients that you want. The service is very quick and you are enjoying your meal shortly after arriving. Personally I’d go to this place rather than Chipotle as I’ve tired of their food, and constantly being out of the steak. Fast Casual is the up and coming category and Prada fits in nicely. I will be a regular.

Great food something different. The pasta is great and the bread stick things have cheese in them. Yummy. They roll up the sandwiches in a super thin tortilla type wrap. It’s the best. Awesome place.

This restaurant is really wonderful. I had heard about it before but never had the chance to visit until now. I regret not coming sooner because I will definitely be back again! I ordered the Mediterranean piada with salmon and a summer cooler to drink. Despite being fast food, the salmon was cooked fresh and quickly, not sitting around. It was really delicious!
