The food was hot and ready! great customer service!

I had ordered off of doordash and it didn’t allow me to add double chicken on the app. I spoke with Chris on the phone and he was extremely nice and went out of his way to check and make sure there was a good amount of chicken on the sandwiches.

Very busy when it’s a game night. However, very consistent with the food. I’ll be back as usual

Got the small cheese steak and fries. Very good as usual, though the fries were kinda greasy...I think I got the bottom of the hopper. But someone has to get those fries. My only real gripe is that it was about 3 dollars overpriced. Which is why I don't visit Penn Station more often.

A little disappointed with our cheesesteaks. For what we are paying, we should have way more meat on the sandwich, and you shouldn’t get the evil eye when asking for Mayo vinegar. The staff is courteous, but come on… these sandwiches used to have way more meat on them.
